Lo único que tenía bueno era la ubicación

Desde que entramos por la puerta, nada. Eres un agujero insalubre. Suciedad, desorden, oxido, moho, falta de intimidad por inexistencia de cerradura (un candado que sólo cerraba desde fuera). No se reunían las mínimas condiciones de habitabilidad. La ducha estaba en la habitación.
