The place had all the necessary equipment you need for your stay. Shared kitchen with dining area with fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and kitchen utensils. In the room's own bathroom and tv. Shop and local transport bus stop close to the location. The climate of a quiet village in the mountains still can be felt here.

First- the location is about 1 hour walking distance from the city centre, which at the beginning was a little disappointing. But then you have a bus stop with many buses taking you to the centre within 15 minutes. And when you see what happens in the Zakopane centre- you are grateful for staying further away with more peaceful and climatic area.

I asked whether I can leave by backpack (plecak) the last day of stay. They assured that would be OK. They let me one hour late the last day. I wanted to prevent problems, so I made my quick hike very early in the morning and returned slightly after 10 am. I managed to take a shower before my trip back. Owners didn't have any problem with that. The good thing also is that a small kitchen is available. Mountaineers like me don't need much more. I would like to point out for hikers that there is a great shop called Brutal market on the corner just down the street. Nearby on the main street lies also a Carrefour store which is open as late as 11 pm. Opposite the Carrefour there is a public transportation bus stop called "Olcza, kosciól". Which means "Olcza, church". Hikers will be interested that a bus Nr. 19 departs to Kuznice at 6:12 and 7:27. Kuznice is a starting place for many hikes. The bus saves you an hour worth of walk.

It is not a very comfy place but the good thing is they tell you in advance. The doors are thin. You hear a lot. You have to bring your own towel and a shower gel. They inform visitors about this requirement. I think the owners also live on the premises and don't want to get disturbed after 8 pm. If you stay for more days, make sure you don't arrive after midnight or leave before 5 am these other days. Normally, they block the entrance door in that timespan. There's a number to call or some such solution in case you need to arrive or leave between midnight and 5 am. They will give you more detail once you confirm your reservation.

much better than you could expect for the price. The staff is very responsive to your requests and willing to accommodate your schedule.

Edit : I got harassed and annoyed messages from the owner on booking private messages regarding the below comment, so instead of this bad attitude it was enough to apologize and work on the negative comments. (The room need maintenance , it was impossible to close or open the door with the Key as the door handler and the key almost broken, the toilet water was lekking, there was no towels or pillow covers , the bedding and pillow was dirty and smelly like they have been used for a years.)
