The hotel is amazing and the location is just perfect. Few minutes away from the south east entrance, the access to the park is super easy. Situated on the hill of Zhangjiajie between Wulingyuan and Zhangjiajie city, the view from the hotel is stunning and the nights are quitter than ever. The staff Mr Yang and his wife are so helpful and kind, it makes the trip even better. Definitely would recommend and come again.

Very friendly service. Very accommodating to our needs. Dinner was very nice. If looking for an out of town stay, this is the one.

One item only, the hot water and cold water mixtures fluctuate too much. It can suddenly go to icy cold water. It's too cold if you are there during winter. But overall, it is a good experience for city folks.

The experience is unique. The location is beautiful, that is Nestled in the countryside with a great view. as are the room. the owners ( Wanxi Yang, Xuequn Liao ) was amazing and so friendly and helpful. are invaluable for activities including taxi service, she even helped me us with our itinerary. it was quiet with no people around you. food is fresh from the farm, also great. we had such a wonderful. truly exceptional. ..

This place is really an Antique Resort nestled admist the mountains with wonderful views. Really picturesque. We stayed in a room with a wonderful view of the mountain, and was also able to see the sunrise in our room. The boss, 样先生 and 样太太 and Xiao Peng are really wonderful host; went all out to see all our needs during our stay. Went back hungry at 3ish pm after our sightseeing tour in Wulingyuan and Mrs Yang actually asked her staff to cook us noodles as it was actually their rest time. Host was also very nice to give us rides to and fro scenic spots. Overall, experience was wonderful! Food was nice too, local organic food grown by the host.

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the picturesque surroundings and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The accommodations were beautifully appointed, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, offering all the amenities we could have hoped for. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after days filled with exploration and relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning natural beauty that surrounded the resort. We spent our days wandering through lush gardens, taking leisurely strolls along scenic trails, and enjoying breathtaking views of the rolling hills and countryside. The tranquility of the location provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The resort staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. From recommending local attractions to providing insider tips on the best places to eat and visit, especially the help for planning trips to Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountains, their hospitality added a personal touch that made our experience truly special. This vacation resort is a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and relaxation. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the wonderful memories made during our stay. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

The property is owned and operated by a family, and they go above and beyond for service. Very good communication though they only know Mandarin, so have a translator app available if needed. When we arrived the taxi took us to the wrong location, we called owners and they came to pick us up right away. We stayed in one of the treehouses. Feels like you are in the middle of bamboo forest, with very pleasant nature sounds and running water. AC available in the bedroom runs better than any other Hotel we’ve been in in China. Even though full glass walls, has natural growth for privacy plus curtains in the bedroom. For dining they have their own onsite restaurant, and can eat in their dining room as well as outside on a couple tables. Dishes are typical for the region, and are at standard prices (no price gouging since there are not other options nearby) and additionally very well done and tasty beyond average. There is a wash machine onsite, no dryer. With humidity need to hang clothing out to dry outside in the sun or may not fully dry indoors. We are very pleased with the trip, the location (4.5km from middle ZhangJiaJie park entrance), customer service, accommodations and friendliness. If we ever make our way back to ZhangJiaJie we will be staying here again.

Very, very helpful and friendly staff. The resort is unique and is a residence of local ethnic minorities. It is worth staying. We forgot our stuff and the hotel staff immediately sent them to our home. Very detailed.

The food ingredients are very fresh and of good quality. Just hope there will be more meal choices in the future.
