Cost could have been better

Place and the proximity to Chikmagalur. Place ambience is very group friendly. Caretaker is very friendly and accommodating. We went with kids, so they are fussy eaters and have to be constantly kept lively which the place helped with swimming pool, indoor games, pet cat

Food was a bit spicy for me. Could have done with few more activities for kids like slide and a mud place area give that it is a coffee estate

Awesome service by our care taker vicky and we lived his friendliness and hospitality.lovely food and very peaceful stay

Nothing to like there

No clean, rooms are very small, furnitures are very old and damaged, room walls are fully fungal. Dining area where they were serving dinner fully with worms. Bath rooms are not clean, no maintanance in the property. The owner just somehow wants make money.

Good location, good staff, good for big groups and bachelors , Pet friendly

No wifi , small area, big groups mostly occupy all the facilities , dinner is overpriced
