Place extremely clean and central location

We booked the BnB quite spontaneously and the host was very quick to answer. You need to write him so he can let you in. He was very nice and a big help. The common room/kitchen was very modern and big. There's even a seperate tap for hot and for drinking water. He even gave us some ice cream. We had a large window in our room and there were mosquite screens in front of it so you didn't need to worry about them getting in. Netflix was provided. In the end we were actually a bit sad we didn't stay longer.

Excellent room and common dining area. Lots of hot water. Filtered hot/cold water, refrigerator, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen. Great location. Very nice owner family. Owner helped me carry my luggage up and down the stairs.

Stairs to the second floor are a little difficult for an old man, although the owner says he will install a handrail which would be a great improvement.

The accommodation is located on the shopping street of the town, and just a short walk to the night market. The place was newly renovated so everything was nice and clean. There's a common kitchen area with microwave, fridge, drinking water etc for guests.

You have to communicate with the owner via Line in order to check in as there's no one at the accommodation, and we could only pay with cash, which was a little inconvenient.

I liked the location and also the room that I had for 4 people was really large.

There is no lift from the ground floor to the first floor but the front desk person helped us carry our luggage up.

Room is spacious, location very good, host good & informative.

The room is spacious and spotless clean. We have stayed 2 nights and it was wonderful. About 10-15 mins walk to the night market. It is also close to all the eateries and shops. The Toilet was modern and comes with shower I left my ring at the hotel, and the staff actually called me, and arranged for the ring to the Taipei. The went the extra llmile to make this happen. I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to hualien

4 bedder room was really big and spacious and made fo a comfortable stay. Whereas, the queen room was a stark contrast as it had only enough space for the bed and a much smaller toilet. Upside was that the queen room was just beside the common area where it was convenient to top up drinking water.

Lift was only operational from the second floor, so needed to self carry the luggages up to the second floor. Queen room was drastically smaller than the 4 bedders which made for limited private space.

It is located very near many restaurants and shopping. It has filtered hot and cold water, a big refrigerator, a microwave and other convenient things in the second floor shared kitchen. The host is very helpful and speaks English. The place is very new and modern. Wifi was 30-60mbs. Sufficient outlets and a recent tv with HDMI inputs. Bathroom lights were very good, water hat, nice shampoo and body wash. Host has set up multiple green waste baskets - trash, paper, plastic/metal, and food waste!

Booking.com's "address in local language" was not an address and the cab driver had no idea where I wanted to go, he didn't speak English and I don't speak Chinese and didn't know something was wrong with the "address". Booking,com should verify the information it presents.
