Fiz a reserva de um quarto triplo para duas pessoas, quando chegamos encontramos apenas um quarto com uma pequena cama de casal e cheia de mofo. A proprietária a todo o momento conversava e tirava nossas dúvidas antes de chegarmos, quando relatei o problema ela começou a me ignorar. Tive que procurar outra hospedagem bem mais cara pra não ter que ficar na rua. Não tive suporte do booking e nem dá proprietária em nenhum momento. Já passou três dias após o ocorrido e até o momento não fui estornado.
