Very cool location with a balcony.. View of the mountain right from the room and balcony was awesome Great breakfast included.. paid dinner for 2 - the food was great

Nothing much except the trash can was outside That's kind of acceptable to me since the room was clean this way..

My stay at Cool Mount Guest in Nuwara Eliya was nothing short of amazing. The place is beautifully set amidst serene surroundings, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The cool climate, combined with the tranquility, made it the perfect escape. I especially loved spending time on the balcony—it's an ideal spot to unwind and refresh your mind. If you're looking for a calm, quiet, and rejuvenating experience, this is the place to be!

Cool Mount Guest is a beautifully located place, offering a relaxing and peaceful environment. The scenery is amazing, and it's a great spot to unwind, especially with the cool climate. However, I did notice that the door in my room didn't close perfectly, and I could hear sounds from the neighboring room, which affected the overall tranquility. I believe this is a small issue that the owner can easily fix. Overall, it's still a lovely place to stay, and with a few adjustments, it could be even better!

The view was nice, although partially reduced because of the construction next door. Kids found the two small snakes that came to the terrace a fun attraction (others might not:).

The photos are misleading and the place is very run down. One of the beds had a very uncomfortable mattress, and wifi doesn’t work in the room at all (only two floors down on the terrace). Finally, breakfast was disappointing and they overcharged us for the tiny cups of milk the kids asked for at breakfast. They should have told us that they intend to charge us for it (at checkout they charged 350 SR per 1 dl, when 1 l costs 500 SR in the store)

Warm water and view on the tea fields.

Beds too short for europeans and too hard. Smell in the room. Floor was sticky. Nothing to hang clothes and store luggage. You have to take your luggage up the stairs, almost 20m. Noise of dogs and traffic.

Location was nice

Poor hospitality, very bad clean, bad bath rooms, not value for the money
