オーナーさんがとても親切で丁寧。 台東駅から近い。 綺麗で清潔な室内。 静かな周辺環境。

台東の街の構造上しょうがないけれど、ホテル周辺に飲食店や商店が、ほぼ無い。 バスやユーバイクで繁華街（昔、台東駅があった周辺）に行けば、沢山の飲食店や商店があるので不自由はないが。
