Lovely staff, great atmosphere. Best little dog !!! Really friendly home environment. The room was clean and the ac worked really well.

The pool was very dirty and food offering wasn’t great

- They were super friendly and helped me out a lot. They came to get me from the aiport (and waited 45 min for me!), helped me get a simcard and help me again when I left and forgot my charger (they saved my life with this one!). - Bed was confortable, quiet, roomy, clean - Pool was really appreciated. - Location is 15 min to the beach and castle - I loved the little doggy :)

- The neighbourhood might not be the safest one (Unless you are in the very centro, nothing is anyway.. but I prefer this experience that is more like being in a family than be surrounded by a ton of tourists..). During the day its safe (try to not look at cellphone in the street as if you are lost.. you can enter in a restaurant or store to checkt it, people are generally helpful)

Communications were good. The room was comfortable and quiet. Common areas were kept up and clean.
