Warm and cozy just perfect for a 1 night for a bike rider.

Good situated in pretty village with just 2-3 mins from center. Uncomplicated arrival with door code.

Bed sheets, bed linen, towels, soap is not available. After booking you get message to get bed sheets etc if you pay additional 15€.. We brought our own sleeping bag as otherwise price advantage compared to other rooms would be gone.. Broken light bulbs & door handles, paint peeling of the walls. You hear the neighbours.

Flexibility of the owner, we arrived early and it was no problem to access earlier on the day.

Having an open stairwell in a room that we shared with our young son.

I did not expect to discover that we need to provide bed sheets and towels once the booking has already been made with no cancellation possible. The shower was doubtfully cleaned. We found some hairs in it.

Nice place in a private house, central located to visit the city or any surrounding places. Kind host and very well detailed explanations upon check-in. A perfect place to discover Les Ardennes for a couple of days.

Location in La Roche, near the centre of the town. Not to expensive.

A place to stay for the night, nothing more, nothing less. Having to make up your own bed is a little too much, even for this price.

I would stay here again and recommended

everything was fine, only the owner was too strict with the checkout time
