"I would definitely avoid the place, even with its seemingly good price."

The place is in a nice family oriented suburb, with greenery all around

the place was nothing like it looked in the photos and it is a side hustle of a youngish chap, who lacked the basic experience to run it.

I reserved a room and when I arrived I found them telling me that there is no empty room now and will make an upgrade to a flat in another place. The flat has a new paint with a very strong odour and no TV. I left early but I got a message to tell me they will cancel the reservation because I sent it to another's place. But they refund me the original value divided by 100.
