The terrace in front of the river. Big room, very clean. Amazing bed. Bikes available for free. The owner let us use them even after the check out. There is a night market 200m from the house.

A bit noisy in the morning

We were pleasantly surprised by the room with balcony view as it looks way better in reality than on the pictures. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony has a nice view on the river. The room had AC, towels were provided and there was a fridge. There's hot water. The best part is that you can use the bikes for free. It's about a 10-15min bikeride to the first large part of the Ayutthaya Historical Park. At the Ayutthaya Train Station Pier (cross the street when you get out of the trainstation) you can take a boat (10 Baht per person) to cross the river and from there walk about 15min to the accomodation. The owner also came to clean the room on the second day. Great value for the price. Would highly recommend staying here if you come to Ayutthaya.

Bikes are a bit old, but we had no problem while using them.

Location is really convenient, with nice views to the river and calm sorroundings. The host was really nice and flexible with the timetables. They let us store our vaggage al day while we visited the city.

Very quiet and clean room with nice view to the river in Thai style. Red tree and other interesting furniture (especially I liked two elephant stools), dense and good bed, hot water. The housekeeper was very kind and helpful.

May be it will be better to add some lights near the bed.

The location was wonderful! It was super close to the night market and not a far walk from the old city. They give you bikes to use for free here! It’s located right on the water with balconies. The staff was wonderful and they were very accommodating. They let us keep our bags there while we explored a little longer. Highly recommend this place.

Location was super - great views over the river. In the heart of things. The room was comfortable and had everything. Great to be able to use a bicycle for getting around.

It was unusual that the building didn't have a reception, but really it wasn't a problem. When I needed help it was there for me!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good. On the edge of the historical park. I was provided with a bike, which was a great way to explore the area for a couple of days! Free water, tea and coffee were available in the room. In the hallway downstairs there's more water for sale at a very good price. The evening market (food stalls) is just around the corner of the property. Some people may find the bed a bit harder than they're used to. It didn't bother me. It was a nice place to come home to after my days in the historical park.

Just a tip to future guests: the property is just off the main road, in an alley that leads to the river. When I got there (it's very easy to find), I didn't know how to get in. The door to the guesthouse was locked (as it always is, guests are provided with a key) and I didn't see anybody around. It turns out that the owners of the guesthouse also own the workshop just in front of the guesthouse. I had passed them as I turned into the alley :) Of course there's always the option to phone via the booking.com app if you don't see anyone.
