Very nice host, good location not far from the airport. Shuttle service available, cheaper than taxi. Quiet area. Around 1 km away is the Pizzeria Prestige, very good Italian Pizza.

"Good option near FCO airport"

15 minutes from FCO airport. You have your own little apartment with an outdoor seating area, small table and chairs, sofa, and kitchenette. While the proprietor does not speak English, google translate worked fine. Was able to provide transportation to the airport at early hour for a fee.

There is intermittent road noise, particularly from motorcycles that seemed to want to surge or perhaps race. The towels were not of good quality. The cost of the airport transfer mysteriously increased by 3 euros from when quoted before the stay. There is not a lot of natural light, though that is common in Italy.
