"Owner is horrible and takes away all the peace of mind."

Owner is greedy and rude. Lacks ethics. He said the booked room is not available. Then he shouldn’t have confirmed the booking at the first place. He was forcing us to book different room with increased price.

Room is nice.

No soap or towels in the room. Internet wasn't working when I was there, though I was assured it was temporary.

Breakfast was very good and the host arranged everything very well

We asked for boat sevice but no one told booking was needed. So we had to run around for a boat ride. Adding a television in rooms and Wi-Fi would have been better

I stayed at water gate tourist home & resort with my family. The rooms are extremely neat and clean. Food & boating arranged by the host is cost efficient. Overall it's good experience of stay. Thank you Mr.Reghu & family for providing an amazing stay.
