We were absolutely satisfied with this accommodation - it has all equipment needed, the room was very spacious and comfortable, including beds and bathroom. Isabel was very nice, prepared refreshment upon our arrival and explained everything. Parking was very convenient and close. The area is outside the city; however, nicely quiet, easily accessible by car to groceries, city centre, airport.

The elegance, the tidiness, the comfort, the style of the flat, everything was beyond perfection, but the host, Isabela, is the plus! She cares for her guests like they are part of her family.

Are you looking for a perfect host and a very nice comfortable stay? We found it! Host Isabel receives a small number of guests in her beautiful villa, just out of the center of Ponta Delgada, in a quiet street with nice houses. We booked the suite and had 2 big balconies, a large bathroom with nice towels and good shower, a spacy room with refrigerator and some basic tools for having a drink, everything was there and all was kept very clean daily by Isabel, who also treated us with nice local delicacies. And even after an error made by Booking.com, she did everything possible to suit us and give us a good feeling. Go there, you will not regret it! Thanks for all Isabel!

Nothing negative for us. As we are 2 tall people, the bed size was a little cosy😉

I booked this place under the pretenses it came with a kitchen. The photos showed a full kitchen. Upon arrival, not only did I not have a kitchen, but the owner said I couldn't even use her fridge (after going to the farmers market and the grocery store with lots of food). When we discussed this, she said it's mentioned in the description. However, this wasn't clear to me. Why would a booking have pictures of a kitchen that doesn't exist? I asked if I could simply use her kitchen, or, even her fridge to store my food. She said, no. I am paying nearly $1,000 for a private room in a home, and I have no access to a kitchen. Anyone I've spoken to on this island is in shock over this. When I explained to her and her son, I have allergies and need the kitchen to cook all of my meals because I don't really eat out, or even just a fridge, she seemed to care less. So, I had to cancel in order to find an alternative booking with a kitchen. No refund, or anything, on her end. Between the price, and her attitude, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Our stay in Casa de Isabelinha was absolutely lovely, we enjoyed it very much! The locality — was very close to Ponta Delgada, but in already a quiet corner The room had everything we needed and was well equiped, the host kept it clean every day. We also loved the decorations around the house and how cozy it felt Isabela was incredible host, we enjoyed the local food she prepared for us, and little snacks she would leave in our room :) This was overall incredible experience, I would definitely recommend to everyone, we felt great and pampered, it is something you cannot experience in hotel, but only when staying with local people

The room is big and the super clean. There is free street parking in front of the building.

The WiFi was not working most of the time and when you get connected it gets disconnects after 30 minutes. The pictures on the listing are misleading - you are basically renting a room with an on suite on the second floor of the house and the pictures on the listing include many pictures of the fist floor of the house where the owner lives and the guests are not allowed use.
