Spacious Double Room in Anfield

Room was good

The toilet was too small, for a pregnant woman there's not enough space to use the wash basin and cannot close the door. Not cleaned dust on wash basin and WC

Nothing, extremely rude host and very unprofessional

Beware of this property — me and my son were completely conned. We arrived on the day of our booking and were sent the room details and entry code by the host. When we entered the room, there were already people staying there. Their passports, money, clothes and personal belongings were all inside, which was honestly shocking and very concerning. We tried calling the host over 10 times and sent multiple messages but got no reply, leaving us stranded outside with nowhere to stay. We had no choice but to book another hotel ourselves. Booking.com later told us the owner admitted he had “messed up” and agreed to refund us, but once we returned home he suddenly changed his story, blamed us and refused to pay. This place feels extremely dodgy and unprofessional. If they are giving the same room access details to multiple people, then nobody’s belongings are safe, and there is also a big possibility you could arrive and end up with no room at all. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property completely.
