Clean. Well furnished.

Noisy, and no noise-proof partition across other rooms.

Staff was great! Rooms are nice and cozy

accessing the location might be a challenge and it doesn't have a lift.

The place was amazing! Support was great! The staff was super helpful. Ravindra made sure we had everything. We had a late flight and they stored our luggage and let us take a shower. When we’re back ib Délhi Will definetely stay here again. We slept very well.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was great! Highly recommend having the tasty breakfast on the rooftop terras while enjoying the view over the park and the sounds of all its birds.

The location was great in terms of neighborhood and distance to other parts of the city, but some Uber drivers refused to drive into the neighborhood or canceled pick ups. Pre-booking a cab when you e.g. need to go to the airport is advisable.

We got some free water.

Check-in took ages, the room was very dirty including: hair from another person on the shower wall, slippers that were not ours in the bathroom, dirty towels, and the bed did not feel clean at all. Also the staff sleeps in the common area during the night.

J’ai réservé à 2 reprises une chambre « basement room » et ils m’ont surclassée. Le lieu est sécurisé et le personnel est gentil. Merci à Ravindra et Ranjeet pour leur aide.

Staff were very accommodating of us showing up earlier than our planned check in time and helped us take our bags up to our room, which was very much appreciated! There was also a lot of chai on tap, which was nice too. The room was basic and clean - RO water was provided and you could help yourself to more supplied downstairs if needed. The roof terrace also had a great view.

House of Comfort is down a narrow residential street in a neighbourhood of Delhi - we had some issues with taxi drivers who didn't want to take us right down to the end, particularly larger cabs. This is offset by closeness to the metro station and main roads through the park but worth bearing in mind for travellers.
