Leo's Homestay Phan Rang

The proprietor is exceedingly affable and perpetually at your service for any necessities. This homestay boasts a prime central location, encircled by a plethora of exquisite dining establishments.

Nothing as such. Except the price and rental motorbike condition.

1- As per standard practice, if I check in a few hours early, then 50% or a partial amount should be charged and in many cases hotels even allow early check in if the rooms are available, in this case the hotel was empty but they CHARGED 1 FULL NIGHT COST. 2- Wifi didn't work most of the time. 3- Beaches nowhere near. 4- Noise will wake u up early in the morning.

I only stayed here for half a day while waiting for a train from Thap Cham, but the room was comfortable, especially in a region as hot as Phan Rang. If you're looking for somewhere to do the same, I'd recommend this homestay, as it's only about 10 mins away from Ga Thap Cham by car. Many restaurants in easy walking distance, along with convenience stores — supermarkets like Co-op Mart and Winmart are only about 5min away by bike. Hosts were lovely and responsive; the manager/owner chatted with me on the street while I was alone and waiting for my taxi.

There are only stairs to get up to the rooms, so guests should keep in mind if they have heavy luggage that needs to be carried up. The water heating/shower was also a bit unpredictable but I only stayed very briefly so this probably could have been rectified had I stayed longer.

Everything was excellent, really enjoyed my stay.. Very good value for money, very clean and comfortable. I felt very welcome and it was easy to find and check in. Van is very nice, super helpful and always available to help if you need anything.. Highly recommended..
