Sleep Well Rooms

The contact before the arrival was impersonal but professional all through WhatsApp with images and videos containing clear dos and don'ts. The dont's came with threats of extra costs in case not obeyed. We arrived late to our room and it was not cleaned, the bedding was used and trash lay around as you can take from the images. Sadly it was very late and we were too tired to try to complain via WhatsApp close to midnight. Luckily enough there were 2 clean towels left to cover the top part of the beds. We lay down with our clothes on since we found it too gross to lay down without. On top, we did not find the beds very comfortable and after a short night, we quickly left in disgust early in the morning. This was maybe a mistake, but I waited another day with my complaint to the manager but reached out a day later. I sent the images to the owner and asked for a refund. I even offered not to write a review if he was willing to refund. His reaction was not professional at all, he did not apologize or acknowledge the bad situation nor was he willing to refund. But the worst thing was that he even rudely accused us of trying to blackmail him with a bad rating and threatened to take legal action against us. Honestly, he should have given a refund or some kind of compensation no matter if we were going to write a review or not. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the place!

The location was wrong, we looked for it for one hour without any number to contact. Fortunately we found some left in the district that knew the place and told us “you chose the worse hotel of Stuttgart”. When we finally found it we had to contact somebody by WhatsApp that sent us the rudest audios ever. Told us to wait, to calm down even threatened us. A guy like this shouldn’t work in tourism. It was so complicated to find the keys and we ended up not even sleeping in this horrible place. We hope this place will be taken off of Booking.com.

The window was broken, the room was quite cold, and unfortunately, both the toaster and the coffee maker were dirty and not usable

Directions to the location did not arrive until close to check-in and I lost one hour trying to find the location
