City Room near main station, bycicle cellar

Near the station and city center.

We did not like the services the cleanliness of the bathroom as well as the check in method without mentioning the rude neighbours, we were left outside for a couple of hours without any Keys or the connection with the property owner which did not answer untill we called the booking.com support, next thing the neighbours kept ringing the bells and others kept knocking on the ground in the middle of the night, the train noise is another issue we faced as it's not a place for sleeping comfortably or being free with friends, we would never recommend this place to anyone.

We were moved to another accommodation next to it, which was really spacious and clean.

We arrived quite late (around midnight) to find a non-working keycode. Texted the owner, who responded quickly. First he tried to give another code, but that didn’t work either. So he really acted quick and gave us a room in the building around the corner. Super!

Room was not ready when we let ourselves in, so we left our stuff in the room. When we came back , someone was in our room to clean it, without notifying us. So I didn’t feel safe. I ask for a discount……. No communication from the host. To expensive what you get

it is convenient to get there, everything was explained well, the information was received in a timely manner. The rooms are clean.

Cleanliness, trains noise, German languages messages, etc...

Clean and simple property with shared kitchen and toilet. 4 people can share the room. Ideal for family overnight. Availability and late check-in possible. Great communication - thorough information received right after booking.

The location is quite noisy in the morning. You can expect this nearby the railway station but the street cleaning car was even louder and passed around for five times from 6 AM ;)
