"Very friendly stay, would stay again."

Very welcoming Landlord, gave us a glass of Prosecco for my birthday, didn’t see much of Patti but she seemed very nice.

Nothing apart from 2 flights of stairs which I managed ok, it was very local to where we wanted to be, lovely garden .

We were made to feel very welcome, we were comfortable and had an excellent night’s sleep (rare for first night away from home). It was great to have the drinks facilities and close-by free parking too.

Very nice bedroom on the top floor of a town house. Andy and Patti are lovely hosts and if you don't mind having hosts on site it is perfect. It is a 20 minute walk into Canterbury if you don't have a car.

The warm and easy welcome from the host and the sense of instant ease and friendship. Sharing the kitchen enabled me to spend a very pleasant evening as we had many experiences in common. The room, on the top floor of a modern town house was well appointed and the ensuite was scrupulously clean and functional. I couldn't have expected more from the room in a four-star hotel. Well placed for the town centre. Thoroughly recommend.

It seemed strange not to have a lock on the guest room door as would be the case in a hotel. That's definitely all!
