The bed was very comfortable.

It wasn't specified that is a house that need to be share with two room. The house was nice, however nothing left in the kitchen not even a coffee to be made in the morning or water. Wifi password not left anywhere in the room or house, I had to ask for it. My room balcony was disgusting dirty. I stayed for 5 nights, my room hasn't been clean but the cleaner was coming in the house everyday.

Host responded quickly

Advertised with swimming pool, but there is no swimming pool. Our white laundry now has light pink stains. We can't wear this anymore. When we said something about this, we got a message back saying it was because of our pink towel, and they weren't offering any discount of sorts even though we weren't the one making the laundry pinkish. Overall, we were really looking forward to this stay, but we were really disappointed. We asked for new toilet paper twice, but did not get it. Even when the host said we would. Would not recommend.
