Ubytování je v okrajové části Bratislavy, ale zastávky hromadné dopravy jsou v docházkové vzdálenosti. Byt je prostorný, čistý. Některé vybavení už má známky opotřebení, ale nic hrozného. Postele pohodlné.

Okna od ložnice jsou do docela rušné ulice, takže v létě při otevřeném okně tam bude určitě zvýšený hluk.
