Only 3 rooms & the owners Mario & Crisel live upstairs. Communal kitchen & lounge/dining area. Pleasant outside area with a small pool which I never actually used. Great to have bicycles but there are only 3 & it's on a first come first served basis unless you pay to hire one. Approx 15 minutes cycle ride to the beach. I stayed here at the beginning & at the end of my trip to Mexico as I flew in & out of Cancun airport. I had the room upstairs on its own which is private but could do with some decorating! Decent hot water shower in the spacious bathroom, closet handy for luggage & clothes & a small bedroom with fridge & TV. Mario & Crisel are both professional musicians/singers. Sometimes they rehearse here with friends which is a bonus to hear. They are a friendly & helpful young couple with a young baby girl & make you feel at home

The location for the price was great! It was way better than imagined. Beautiful and very refreshing pool. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Plus I was able to make some coffee immediately when I awoke! BONUS!! I definitely recommend this place!

The facilities were great - nice garden, pool and outdoor cooking area. We also made use of the shared indoor kitchen to make food and it had everything we needed and was always clean and tidy. Also able to use the bicycles which was lovely although we couldn’t get used to the backward pedal to break! The air con and WiFi worked perfectly and

The room was a little bit run down with sharp pieces of floor tile breaking off and flaking paint. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable but this is a personal thing. The shower didn’t drain very well and the toilet was making a running noise all the time.

Located near local restaurants and easy east to get a taxi or public transport

Casa pedro was the perfect stop for our first night in Mexico. Very big kitchen very well equipped with some common goods like coffee. There is even a Moka ;) Owner was also super friendly and nice, I had forgotten shorts and it was super hot and he gave me a pair of very light pants. The room was very spacious with a very big bathroom. There is also an outside little pool where you can get some refresher, an outside kitchen (we did not use it, but it must be very nice to cook there in the evening) and you can park the car inside (but you should warn the owner because there is not a lot of space, I would say 2 cars max)
