Localização privilegiada. Próximo de shopping, mercados.

Quarto sem ar-condicionado. No período que fiquei com meus filhos estava quente e tive que improvisar ventilador. Geladeira com um espaço muito pequeno para armazenar mantimentos. 2 banheiros com vazamento. Um no mictório e outro no box do chuveiro. Difícil comunicação com os responsáveis pela acomodação.

Really nice place. Everything you need for a good night's sleep. The place is clean, the beds are nice and the water in the shower is hot. Everything we needed on our way to Italy. We have been here before and will definitely come back.

We could have used a freezer for our cooling elements, but that's a minor thing.

Everything 😊 specially the bed.. I love it. Theres no spring so its not noisy and cracking inside.. My sleep was great.

Its just the drinage in the 2 shower in the kitchen area.. I didnt know it was clogged so I transferred twice and finally took my shower on the otherside of shower area.. I hope it will be fix soon or just put "defect" on the shower part. 😊

"Einfach, preisbewusst und völlig ausreichend, wenn man nur übernachtet und nicht "Urlaub" macht."

Gibt keine Mahlzeiten, Netto-Markt ist an nahegelegener Stadtbus-Haltestelle. ÖPNV ist unzuverlässig. Schlecht beschildert, Busse fahren gerne mal zu früh und man darf hinterherschauen (mehrfach passiert). Dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts. Souterrain muss man mögen, war aber auch so angezeigt und für mich okay (= "Schießscharte" über Kopf als einziges Fenster in einen Lichtschacht). Die Unterkunft hat im Vorfeld mehrfach Mail geschickt und auf die "einfache" Unterkunft hingewiesen, mehr kann man nicht erwarten! Meine Bekannte mit der ich ins fantastische Regensburger Stadttheater (in Kürze Staatstheater) wollte, hat für eine Nacht im Hotel mehr bezahlt, wie ich für 3 Nächte! Das einfache Ikea-Bett hat sich gegen meine 2,5 Zentner nicht gewehrt und ich habe gut geschlafen! Eine österreichische Metall-Band, hat keinen Ärger verursacht, aber ich schlafe ohnehin mit Ohrstöpseln. Kühlschrank mit eigenem "Korb" für jedes Zimmer und sehr guter Kühlleistung, sauber und gut nutzbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Alles wie erwartet, also keine Beanstandungen.
