Custo benefício excelente. Próximo da avenida litorânea, tem ótima localização. Local confortável, bem limpo e arejado.

O fato de ser nos fundos de uma residência é um pouco chato, visto que tira um pouco da privacidade dos moradores e nossa como hóspedes, já que sempre é necessário transitar pelo corredor. Sofremos com falta de água no local em duas ocasiões, levando cerca de 20/30 minutos para água retornar, logo na volta da praia.

Fotos bem fidedignas a realidade.

O proprietário não entrou em contato prévio para inflamações sobre chave, precisei ficar tocando a campainha de noite e por sorte tinha alguém na casa principal para me receber. Achei desrespeitoso
