"Very bad experience"

It was silent ouside the house during the night.

There are some negative things. First, the host was ubsolutely not friendly. When we arived, no one met us to check in. It was the sign on the door that guests should call or ring to the certai nnumber to check in. I did call and send sms three times. None unswered. It took almost 20 min to get the call from the host. I was almost ready to book another hotel and move. On my claim that it is unacceptable that noeone pick up the call to check in when guest is calling, the answer from the host was that she answered as soon as she could. I mentioned that I was almost ready to move to another hotel and the host said that it is up to me to do. The hosts general reply to my claim isthat it is our, guest problem that we didn't inform her whe we exactly arrive (I had mentined arrival time from 16-22( and that she doesn't need to wait guests all day around! I said that we are driving and concrete time is difficult to mention. Insted of blaming guests, wasn't it easier to send instruction and code to keybox by email via bookin.com system 12 hours before arrival day (as many other hosts do (I had such communication many times)? However, the host was not sorry for her behaviour. It is unaceptable that the host is not caring about arriving guests and desn't answer on check in calls immediately, but does it when it is comfortable for the host! I will never come back to this place and warn others to be ready for such attitude. Another problem. There is a coommon toilet for three rooms. Since sound isolation is very weack, you can hear all other quests visiting the toilet during the night.
