Cat in the house was not disclosed in the ad. If you have allergies don’t book. A person on a house arrest with an ankle monitor lives in the house. Makes your stay uncomfortable.

Easy contact less check in. Room was clean. Backyard was well taken care of.

Pretty expensive for just a room in someone house. Kept house at 77°. Was very warm.

Totally misrepresented on Booking.com. There is actually someone living in the facility and you are sharing with them and have one bedroom. Was not expecting that at all. Refused to stay because it was not what I was expecting. My conversation with Mr. Haim was disappointing because he refused to take any responsibility for the misunderstanding.

Very convenient location for bars and restaurants. Pleasant back garden with seating and a hot tub. Haim was a friendly host.

The room was quite small, despite having a comfortable mattress, the bed was low and the wooden frame protruded beyond the mattress which meant I kept bumping my legs getting in and out of bed. I had not realised at the time of booking that the host also lives in the house and that there would be other guests staying in the cottage in the back garden. Everyone shares the kitchen, living room and garden.

It was in a nice location.

The kitchen and living room is in fact a shared space. That was not real clear in the ad.

Chris was very nice and helpful. Location is great. Walking distance to Wilton Mannors night life. Very quit.

Shower was dirty. Towels were ither not cleaned well or stained.
