"Lovely stay"

Very high standard of accommodation. Great location. Lovely hosts who provided lots of thoughtful extras.

Nothing! No problem for us but for those with mobility issues, rooms are up one or more flights of stairs & on-street parking can be a short walk from the property.

"Perfect Overnight Stay in Broadstairs"

Our room was spotlessly clean and had all we needed for our stay. There were some lovely extra touches in the way of fresh milk and many yummy treats. Great check in, lovely host.

There was nothing to dislike.

"Immaculate guest house !"

Peaceful residential area appx 5-10 mins walk from the sea front which can be pretty noisy on a Saturday night! A big thank you to our friendly hosts for an immaculate nicely furnished room, which thoughtfully had everything we needed including fresh milk, fresh fruit, porridge pots and snacks etc. A few minutes walk to the Little Sicilian Restaurant a great place for dinner and Twists Restaurant for breakfast.

Not the most picturesque of locations but definitely much better than 12.30 am music on the sea front!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte viele nette Extras für Komfort. Voller Kühlschrank - alles im Preis begriffen sowie Kaffe und Tee. Im Bad Shampoo, Duschgel, Badesalz. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Joanne's jüngste Tochter hat mich sehr freundlich empfangen und mir alles gezeigt. Sie sogar ihr Auto weggefahren damit ich mein auto vor dem Haus parken konnte!

Ich war sehr zufrieden.

"A most enjoyable weekend break."

Excellent location for cafes, bars, shops, restaurants, beach, promenade and bandstand. Lovely modern clean comfortable room, good bed and a powerful hot shower. Plenty of tea, coffee and complimentary refreshments and nibbles. Joanne and her family were very friendly and welcoming.

"Great place to stop in Broadstairs with quick access to the beach and town"

I booked this knowing it wasn't B&B so was pleasnatly surprised at all the things provided in the room for both evening and morning (milk, beer, bananas, chocolate :-)) Hosts were brilliant and made sure we were fully aware of what we needed to know and really helpful on local knowledge

The bed was a little uncomfortable
