Great location on the pedestrian street, and quiet. Nice shelving unit to keep our belongings organized.

The room was on the small side and one bed was quite uncomfortable. The desk was only staffed a few hours a day. The photos showed a garden area, but there was no guest access.

You can do check in very early. The location is very near to the local highlights. The check up is at 1pm or 2pm which is great. Cheap price. Teresa is a nice person and helpful.

The shower had warm water but the water escaped to the floor in the bathroom which made the floor wet. Small room but if it's OK because you spend the most of the time on full day tours.

Really well situated on the main pedestrian street and between 2 plazas. Teresa is really friendly and helpful

Maybe that the breakfast is not in house but in a cafe/ restaurant a block down

tranquility, location, key for the main entrance, garden view, desk & chair, breakfast choices at a restaurant nearby, 2 beds with a nightstand lamp in between

well, at a place with such a high rating you’re not expecting bad surprises but the room that Señora Teresa (an utterly mature and self-confident person) proudly presented to us was far from perfect. the surfaces of the furniture hadn’t been cleaned recently and the bathroom turned out to be a bad joke. the ancient shower door was missing a big part so you couldn’t close it at all. there was some pubic hair from a former guest. the bathroom even had a broken window towards the corridor maybe because of the stench coming out of the drain. We don’t need fresh towels every day but any proud owner should only present a room in a decent state.
