Nice kitchen in the room, utensils to cook, refrigirator in the room. Very nice shower. All round a good experience and high quality room.

Arrived at night and the main door was locked to the building, maybe another guest locked it by accident and we could not get to our room for around 10 minutes. Called the host (we moved to messaging because they did not speak english), they called a colleague to let us in.

Park in the vicinity, quite rooms, wifi available, small kitchen.

Receptionist did not speak English, moreover I don't think this property is much for tourists, but more for workers that are staying near Wien for working reasons.

Invoice was not delivered.

Bad smell (cigarettes). Very cold. Pour quality blankets

Overall accomodation is not bad, suitable for undemanding people travelling to or from Vienna. Late check-out was possible. In our room there were basic equipment such as a kettle, microwave, glasses, towels, soap, shampoo.

There is only one room on photos, you can get different.
