Location is good

Not very clean. There was a died insect on the bedsheet. Feeling really bad when seeing it.

Room was perfectly clean and was very modern (seemed as though it was brand new). Great view and heater worked great 👌🏼

Nice location etc and nothing went wrong

The wifi never worked for us, which meant the tv didn’t work as nothing would load on it. The listing described a separate bedroom and living room. This is incorrect. The living room is an area that consisted of 1 chair next to the bed.

The most amazing thing is "The View" - Panoramic Lake view and sky view was marvelous. I was thinking it's was bit pricy while booking but it was far worth than ever after I reach there -Lake view and sky view.

I felt that they need to invest in some sound proofing as I could hear everything neighbours on both sides were doing. very noisy . did sleep well. Didn’t like smart tv only , and wifi didn’t work all the time , so had nothing to watch . like to watch some news in the morning.

Views amazing Very clean and modern

No plates, cutlery or milk No face cloths Was told owner prefers people not to eat in room!!!!! Could not access tv apart from Netflix even with lovely staff member trying for half an hour to get it to work for us !! Poor sound insulation between rooms meant we could hear pretty much everything that went on in neighbouring rooms. Nowhere in the information provided whilst booking ,let us know that it was classed as a room to sleep only!! We feel that a reimbursement to reflect all of these negatives would be appropriate !!
