The villa is in a great location, just a few minutes from the pedestrian street. The room is beautiful – small but stylish – and check-in was simple. The housekeeper was always smiling. But that’s where the positives end.

We stayed for 6 nights and were given only two toilet paper rolls and two towels. There was no foot or hand towel, and when I reported that the bathroom heater wasn’t working and we needed dry towels, we only received them after asking twice. Upon arrival, I found dirty bed linen and immediately wrote to them requesting fresh ones. The reply I got claimed the bedding was clean – you can decide for yourself, I’ve attached photos. There was no trash bin in the room, the sound insulation was very poor, and the internet connection was so bad it was practically non-existent. And the cherry on top – we were charged €40 more than the agreed price, under the excuse of currency conversion, although we’ve stayed in Poland more than 10 times before and never had such an issue.

Pierwszy pokój nr 8, znajdujący się w piwnicy, widok na parkujące przez budynkiem samochody, ogromna wilgoć oraz pleśń rosnąca w zastraszającym tempie. Po wykonanym telefonie zostaliśmy przeniesieni do pokoju wyżej, za co jesteśmy wdzięczni, rezerwując nocleg najlepiej się dopytać, czy pokój przypadkiem nie znajduje się w piwnicy, przez wilgoć tam panującą mieliśmy ciągle wilgotne ciuchy oraz pościel, nic nie schło, jednego dnia zaczęło cieknąć z zamkniętego okna, gdy zaczął padać deszcz. Po piwnicy pozostał niesmak, natomiast pokój nr 5 - super.

Mały pokój bardzo mała łazienka i brak telewizora z dostępem do Internetu
