Limi Sachkhere

Wonderful place. All the luxuries of a high end hotel with the hospitality and personal touch that only a guesthouse can provide. I was greeted with a smile and made to feel like home the moment I entered. Lika, the host, speaks fluent German and her sons speak fluent English, so if you know either of these two languages, communication is no problem. The room itself was very spacious with a huge comfortable bed and the bathroom was sparkling clean and new with soap and shampoo provided. I was entitled to use the fantastically equipped kitchen, but I took Lika's offer on dinner which was full of home made delights and was enough to fill me up twice! The home made cherry juice was delicious too. On the porch, there is a lovely view to the castle atop the mountain. At the end of my stay, Lika was even kind enough to take me to where I could catch transport to my next destination, though from the guesthouse the town centre is easily walkable also. The best guesthouse experience - I would not stay anywhere else if I was in the area again. Vielen dank, es war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis, und ich würde diese Pension für jeden empfehlen.

the host was amazing and you are welcomed with open arms in their family home. they even shared their delicious red wine with us and have adorable turtles in the garden. lovely stay

super cozy place. Big common kitchen, clean big room, nice view from window and from garden to the castle. The best place around Sachkhere and Chiatura. We stopped here to visit Chiatura.

Sweet family hospitality

The staff speaks fluent German and was very kind. The room is clean and very spacious. Wifi works perfectly. The food they prepare is super tasty, homemade food.

The hotel is very far from bus and train station. There is no sign outside or inside, so when I arrived I didnt know if I went to the right place. I had to go inside and knock on the door to be noticed. But I feared I walked into a strangers house. Also even though I was a solo traveler, they prepared food for me that was enough for 3 people. Therefore the price was quite high and I couldnt finish it at all, so it was quite a waste. They offered me homemade food for dinner but didnt inform me that (and how much) I would have to pay. Probably this place is much better for two people traveling.
