"Bad service"

It was my birthday we booked for two nights,but we ended up leaving a day earlier. Firstly the rooms are too small like a hospital private ward.When we got there because we didnt know we paid for such a small room we asked our host if there are no bigger rooms we could swap for and her response was "This is what you paid for and if you are not happy you are welcome to leave,even using hand gestures. We been told that we should clean our rooms and wash our dishes since the cleaning lady would come on Monday.It was horrible and pure waste of my money.weekend ruined,i trully regret.
