Beautiful private room with Kingsize bed and large private en-suite

Breakfast and everything was very good never stay in a private location before always been hotels but this was very nice if all private places are like this I will be doing it more often thanks

Exceptional, our room was beautiful plenty of space , tastefully decorated . Large ensuite with bath and shower . Shaun or host was so helpful and the breakfast was fantastic . This was as good as if not better than som of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in

It was easy, clean and tidy. Shane was a great host.

My stay was excellent. Polite and welcoming host, very quiet location, immaculately presented room and en suite, and good breakfast.

These are very minor points but 1) the mattress was a bit thin and 2) the water pressure in the shower was a bit low for me. But these did not detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay

Grosser raum, grosses badezimmer. Sehr ruhige lage. Trotzdem ein pub in der nähe mit schönen garten zum draussen sitzen. Frühstück auf dem zimmer gut. Gastgeber Shane sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unglaublich beeindruckende kathedrale in pezersborough.

Ein richtiger kaffee, kein selbstlösender, wäre wunderbar.

location convenient for Peterborough, very quiet. Room very good and plenty of space, huge bathroom. All exceptionally clean and tidy. Continental breakfast was very good, need to check if the butter and jam was homemade as it was so nice. loads of hot water. Would not hesitate to return and incredible value for money.

I struggle with my back and would have preferred a firmer mattress but that is just my preference not to be seen as a criticism.

The room was beautiful. Very tastefully furnished. Breakfast was lovely. Very good communication with the owner. One of the best places we've stayed in. Exceptional value for money
