Cozy space in Tbilisi

Nice hosts and comfortable bed.

The location was a bit scetchy. Wouldn‘t walk there at night alone. From our room the street was very noisy and we had to sleep with earplugs. 30min away from centre. Just keep it in mind while booking.

Very clean and convenient stay.

The family is very kind and helpful. They are trying theie best to help you. They offered free coffee. The house is very clean. The bathroom is very big and very comfortable. The room is nice.There are two dogs, they are nice and friendly

İt is far from everywhere. No good cafe and market close to the place. The neighbourhood is quite remote. Expect dog barks in the night and morning. Be also mind that the house with green door is not what you are looking for, the house is the next one.

There is a mama. And she is 78 years old. Really good person.

There is a clothes of owner in my room. And when i went there second time they want me to pay 20 more than the price of booking.

I liked everything. Especially good people living there. Dmitriy and Larina were friendly supportive and welcoming. I am really grateful for there kindness. It is a detached house 🏡 and you can enjoy the privacy there and also quiet and peaceful environment. It is a good place to hide from the hustle and bustle of the city. At the same time if you need to go to the downtown it takes 15 minutes by bus.

Everything is fine.

The room is wonderful. It is located in a very calm place, that you can find exactly by the map point. It is clean and warm here (there is central heating and electrical heater as well). The host is absolutely hospitable and ready to help you with anything you need. Languages spoken are Georgian, English, Russian and maybe some others

The location was easy to find and literally a very cozy place to stay.

What I didn't like was to stay only for 2 days. I wish I could stay more.

The staff were okay and considerate.

The owner of the house is very helpful, the cleanliness and safety is very good
