Been in South America for 3 months and without a doubt this is the worst place I have stayed in. A celling window fell in the middle of the night and they ignored me when I asked for someone to fix it, they also told us to leave after we agreed to extend another night. Stay away from this place!

The room was spacious for 3 of us and comfortable beds. Jennifer was very friendly and helped us with storing our bags and laundry services - she was always smiling :)

You need a number to get through the electronic front door--and you need a knack not to press the keys for too long to get in....

Great accommodation with spacious rooms and strong air conditioning in the heart of Getsemani!

Only the laundry service is not recommendable as the maid only turned it on for 10 minutes with cold water, leaving my laundry was as dirty as before.
