Having parking and location was good

Having 2 levels of stairs with heavy luggage was a struggle for older people

Great location and parking off road. Short walk into the town centre.

Only stayed one night and everything was clean and comfortable. The decor and carpets were tired and the shower thermostat in Room 3 is a bit dodgy.

Good location to restaurants and the centre of town. Priced well for the location

Common space was initially dirty and got worse during our stay, this is because it isn't managed. Interesting concept, if managed. The bedroom was small and had two sets of stairs, 1 into the room, the other into the shower room, which really squashed the bedroom.

It was easily walkable to the town centre and parking was provided too. The bed was very comfortable.

Nothing was good , very dirty , portrayed it to be a " flat " it's more like a hostel , smelled of weed & very unpleasant , when I told the host she replied " your being ridiculous " was told there was a hot tub available but then arrived to be told its out of use ! Very rude lady , I'm a regular visitor to Stratford-on-Avon & by far this is the worst iv come across ! Somone lives there renting a room & there dirty washing everywhere . Couldn't use the ( shared) living room due to clothes horses drying taking up the walk space . Kept having to walk 3 flights of stairs to close the front door where a group of teens kept leaving it open . Only bedroom light was a mood light ( red , green & blue ) flashing colours , fire exit consisted of christmas decorations too !!!! You had to put your own cover on the devet , Bathroom door opened onto the entrance door step so didn't open fully , shower / toilet was crambed into a cloakroom type closet . Stay well & truly clear 🙏 It's ridiculous that I paid £170 for a 2 night stay & was spoken to in such a manner & given accommodation is such a poor mess & of such poor quality
