Very quiet and peaceful place

Sleep@Beaufort is located on the eastern edge of the town where we had never been and it changed our belief that Beaufort West is a small and noisy town. It was very quiet, which we needed after a long days driving. We took food along and heated it in the available microwave oven. Just outside our room was a table and two chairs in the garden and the weather was good enough for an outside dinner. The bathroom is exceptionally well done and the shower is spacious with good flow of water and an excellent shower head and mixer - all much appreciated after the drive. The fridge in the room is so quiet that that I did not need to do the usual switch-off. Pool was clear blue and people inclined to a dip would relish it. Griselda met us, introduced us to the very good security system and then let us get on with our doings. All in all an excellent experience.
