La posizione è a dir poco ottima al centro delle città di heraklion, pulita e ordinata. Il proprietario Mike è gentilissimo e super disponibile per ogni evenienza

Bagno di dimensioni minuscole e in cattive condizioni. Pulizia scarsa.

L'accueil du propriétaire, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son investissement pour trouver des solutions. La belle vue sur le coucher de soleil depuis le toit terrasse.

L accès à la salle de bains qui a besoin d être sécurisé.

Κλείσαμε ένα στούντιο και βρεθήκαμε σε ένα δωμάτιο με εξωτερικό μπάνιο και κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα στο διάδρομο που ουσιαστικά ήταν ένας μόνο πάγκος..χωρίς βρύση.Το χειρότερο ήταν ότι μέναμε στον τέταρτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ και κυρίως χωρίς να το γνωρίζουμε εκ των προτέρων.Υπηρχε φωτό με σκάλες αλλά δεν διευκρινιζόταν στην περιγραφή .Τόσα χρόνια ταξιδεύουμε με την booking και δεν μας έτυχε ποτέ κάτι τέτοιο.Ουτε ποτέ κοιμηθήκαμε σε σεντόνια που δεν ήταν άσπρα και πετσέτες που επίσης δεν ήταν άσπρες.Ηταν απλά απογοητευτικό.Πολυ κρίμα.Τα κρεβάτια ήταν άθλια με δύο στρώματα το ένα πάνω στο άλλο και κακής ποιότητας.Οσο για την θέα..από ένα μπαλκονακι κοινόχρηστο που για να κάτσεις έπρεπε να είναι διαθέσιμες οι καρέκλες.

We only stayed one night. We arrived late, but we were able to pick up the keys from the box. The instructions were detailed. At the last minute, our room was changed, as well as the locker and keys. It could happen that we don't see it... We had a room, a separate bathroom for which we also had a key, and a common small kitchen area where we had some necessities. The veranda is also shared. Everything is somehow worn out and does not give any impression of cleanliness and maintenance. The bed was comfortable and that was the most important thing for us. For one night, the accommodation is fine, but I wouldn't choose it again even for 1 night.

The veranda has no cover, so it can hardly be used for enjoyment, and the view of the surroundings is not anything special. Bathroom is really small. Stairs are also small and there is no elevator. That could be the problem for some people.

Bonne situation géographique, non loin du port et du centre ville Navette réservée par Mike pour notre arrivée (aéroport/hôtel) 2 nuits prévues avant un départ pour Naxos en ferry qui a été annulé suite à des mauvaises conditions météos (vent très fort). Heureusement pour nous que Mike a pu nous proposer une nuit supplémentaire à tarif intéressant... MERCI MIKE Mike est un hôte très à l'écoute et disponible pour des conseils (visite, restaurant...) Très bon rapport Qualité/Prix... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir... MARINE et ANAEL

Notre chambre était tout en haut avec vraiment beaucoup de marches (impossible pour personne à mobilité réduite) SdB privée mais en dehors de la chambre

Όχι μόνο απαράδεκτο 4ος όροφος χωρίς ασανσέρ, αλλά και επικίνδυνο.

La ubicación, muy cerca del centro. Cama cómoda

Para llegar a la habitación hay que subir 74 escaleras, ademas en nuestro caso el baño quedaba fuera de la habitación, cerca de las escaleras siendo un tanto peligroso ya que apenas había espacio.
