Literie pas confortable , matelas avec traces de puces de lit , salle de bain privative mais sur le palier avec fortes odeurs de moisissures. Nous étions dans la chambre 3 qui se trouve au 6 ème étage.... Sans ascenseur.... Wifi défaillant.

La proximité du centre ville; la terrasse avec possibilité d’y prendre un petit déjeuner. La vue sur la ville et la mer.

La difficulté à garer la voiture dans ce dédale de ruelles étroites. La chambre privative est au 4eme étage.: si cela offre l’avantage de la vue, il y a par contre pas mal d’escaliers à grimper. Douches à l’eau froide. Pas très agréable quand il ne fait pas chaud en cette saison. La hausse de la taxe après la réservation.

Difficoltà nel raggiungere la struttura in auto, per raggiungere le stanze all'ultimo piano si devono fare 74 scalini senza ascensore, bagni un poco spartani e fuori dalla stanza (benché non in comune).

Great location 10 minutes drive from the airport, the owner super available at any time for anything. Really very comfortable bed and relaxing room.

Very good location: 10 minutes walk to the city center, many nice taverns and cafes nearby. All the sights of the old town within walking distance. Bus stop to the airport very close by. The host was very friendly and helpful. He deserves a 10.0 rating. We had one of the better rooms on the top floor but it did not meet our expectations for a vacation rental, although it was very quiet. The bathroom outside the room was not a problem.

Everything seemed a bit old and dingy. It was nice that there were tea and coffee making facilities, but we didn't want to use them as everything seemed a bit greasy. The balcony was a disappointment: just a small corner for all the rooms. In many rooms there were two older double mattresses on top of each other on the bed, so we didn't really want to know what was in between and underneath. Maybe we were so disappointed because there was talk of deluxe and superior rooms. It was definitely not superior and it was not a studio.
