Javalindra Homestay Tour and Travel

It was convenient. The owner took us from the bus station, organized us the ijen tour, rented a motorcycle. But what I liked the most was the price of the accommodation. It helps you save a lot because you are not even sleeping when doing Ijen tour.

You get what you pay for. The room is small and very simple. No hot shower. A lot of humidity in the room, but opening the doors help. In overall, this is only for real backpackers, who have travelled a lot.

Budi was such a lovely host- he picked us up and dropped us off for a reasonable fee and organised our Mount Ijen tour and ferry. He even waited for us to have dinner which was so so kind. The places is outside of the city but closer to Ijen which was what we wanted to do, so worked really great for us. The price was so reasonable as well- thank you Budi and family.

Quite basic so probably wouldn’t recommend long term but was such a great stay for a cheap night or two to see the area.

Il est très facile d’organiser un tour via l’hôte.

Tout. La chambre est insalubre. Il y a de la moisissure sur les murs, le papier peint a été rafistolé avec du scotch pour essayer de masquer tout ça. Les draps ne sentent pas le propre. La salle de bain n’en est pas une, il n’y a pas d’évier, pas de chasse d’eau et la douche semble reliée aux égouts au vu de l’odeur qui en sort lorsqu’on la met en marche. Il y a une piscine certes mais très sale. Rien ne va dans cet établissement que je ne conseil surtout pas d’autant plus en rentrant du tout du mont Ijen car il est impossible de se doucher et de se reposer dans des conditions décentes. Le prix est bas en effet mais cela n’est pas une raison pour nous gaiee loger dans l’insalubrité.

Chambre sommaire mais en lien avec le prix .. par contre budi, l hote etait sensationnel.. il a été tres aidant pour nous booker le train, le tour du ijen avec des guides qui bossent pour lui ( orga, visite medical, trajet), le trajet ferry hotel et hotel gare a 4h30 du matin... ne pousse pas a la consomation tout en etant soucieux de notre bien etre... le logement n est pas exceptionnel mais lui si..

Mr. Budi is very kind. He helped me for transportation, laundry and he found for me a Ljen tour for a very cheap price!
