Fantastic host, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The minute I arrived there was a hot drink and snacks provided. I felt very at home. It was a few minutes walk to a very pleasant wood and the town.

"Lovely for a stay in the Borders"

Very close to the town including small walk to swimming baths.Host is a lovely man ' who would do anything for you .

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was very friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. The room was perfectly clean, and the breakfast was really delicious. The location is excellent – easy access both to the city center and the bus station. I can highly recommend this place.
