Nice neighborhood, confortable rooms

Ladies, avoid this place. Not super clean, the owner tried to overcharge us asking for 700 more than what we owed and then when we asked for a detailed bill suddenly the amount was different. He also texted me at 10:30 pm to offer a full body massage "only free on the first day" and insisted even though I declined and when I explained how that was problematic when checking out, he pretended not to see my point saying he offered that to all guests, though strangely enough he did not offer that to a guy friend who also went there.

Ladies, stay away. The owner tried to charge us more than the rate and when we asked for a detailed bill suddenly it was a mistake he had overcharged 700 BUT the worst part was his behaviour, he texted me at 10:30 pm offering a free massage which had to be on that day, I declined, he insisted saying he took a special course. When I confronted him about it at the end of the stay saying that was inappropriate, he tried to convince me I misunderstood and he meant at a parlor (at 10:30 at night?) and he offered that to everyone, but he did not offer it to my guy friend who also stayed there. I had booked two rooms and left another comment and ever since the owner has tried to cancel the booking in retrospect to stop me from commenting and keeps calling me and messaging me.

The host was great. Got all the help required from him. The eastern temple are just a 5 min walk and the western temples are 1.5 kms away so location wise it was great. WiFi speed is good.

There needs to be a hand shower in the wc. Also there was power cut in the night hence not sure if there is backup generator.

I did not agree that the owner Mr. Girjish, asked me at the end of my 6 nights stay to pay 650 Rp per night instead of what was confirmed by Booking.com 460 Rp per night (altogether + 1.150 Rp more). He did not informed me until day N°3 about the breakfast hours (8 - 9am) & when I ordered the first 2 days breakfast at 9h30/10am, he gave my a Thali, which was good, but at the end I found out that he overcharged the price of the food and I had to pay for the 8 Thalis I ate = 1.600 Rp which means 200 Rp (my mistake - I should have asked before for the cost of a meal).

No geyser and TV.. little odd location

Courteous and helpful attitude of the owner and his family.

I didn't dislike anything but a little more cleanliness and hygiene would add to guest's delight
