"Exceptional"

One of my top three budget places that I have stayed in Paris. Lots of space, ample cooking area. Beautiful garden. Quiet. I stay somewhere different every week in Paris but have seriously considered being a regular here this fall.

It was a bit far from where I work but they can't really help that.

"Comfortable accommodation for a reasonable price in Paris, I would come back"

I'm really glad, that I decided to choose this accommodation. The owner is nice and welcoming, he informed me about everything I could find in the neighborhood and provided me with everything I needed. Most of the time there was complete silence in the house, because other guests were nice and polite. I liked the fact that even though showers are not in the rooms, I still had my own shower and I could lock myself inside to take a shower in peace any time of the day. The room was spacious and had a view over the garden. Wi-fi connection was strong.

It got really dark in the room in the evenings, also when the temperature outside was over 30, it was impossible to stay in the room, but shared area was chilly.

"Superb"

The location was within a quiet neighbourhood. So, I enjoyed sound sleep. Mr. Ken was quite warm in welcoming me. He provided directory to restaurants, super mart, etc, which was useful.
