Easy parking close to the airport. Quiet location with a large comfortable bed. A guest area with water, tea and coffee.

This room is actually in a house in a residential neighborhood. We arrived after dark and no one answered the door initially. We reached out to Expedia who reached out to owner. We stayed in a small room upstairs but the toilet upstairs was out of order. The owner had apparently asked to be taken off line with Expedia but somewhere a miscommunication ensued. It was an uncomfortable night. We felt like we were imposing.

Poor cheap bed. Overhead shower not working.no bins

The Homestay Room was clean and modern. It is close to a petrol station convience store. A pub and take away is in walking distance. Ciara checked me in and was accomodating. I had difficulty using the house key and shower controls due to my infamiliarity. All said I enjoyed my stay in Ballyboughal.

It was everything i needed and in a nice neighborhood too. Close to airport where i was heading next morning. Host was very polite 5 stars all.the way!
