"Péssima! Decepcionante! Corri risco numa rua deserta sem ninguém para me receber na hospedagem."

Nao fui recebida nesta hospedagem, pois nao havia ninguém no local. Uma vizinha ligou para o proprietário e este pediu a ela para abrir o portão da hospedagem, ao abrir nao havia ninguém, tudo escuro eu nao quis entrar. Uma hora depois o proprietário disse que estava lá para me receber, mas eu nao voltei, o lugar é deserto, rua com terreno baldio quase de frente, fui alertada por pessoas que passaram para tomar cuidado com a rua que era perigosa. Nao me hospedei, paguei outro lugar. Quero meu dinheiro de volta! Passei por medo e dificuldade andando pelas ruas próximas à procura de hospedagem quando fiz reserva pra justamente me hospedar e cumprir o compromisso que eu tive na cidade. Me atrasei para o meu compromisso, quero ressarcimento do valor que paguei. Já fiz várias reservas pela Booking.com e tudo deu certo. Essa foi péssima! Quero meu dinheiro de volta, por favor!
