La ubicación y la accesibilidad desde las vias principales de comunicación. Está muy cerca de la zona Fanca pero en una zona residencial muy bien preservada. La casa es muy bella y súper bien equipada. La comunicación es muy directa y clara. Y está cerquita de la costanera, que me encanta!

Lo poco que hubo que resolver, se pudo conversar amablemente y sin problemas.

"Warm, welcoming but no WiFi"

Beds were very comfortable and warm. The heating is very good. It's very close to the waterfront, which is quite pretty. A bit further from the town centre than we realised - about a 45-60min walk to the port to go on Penguin tours.

Unfortunately the wifi was not working during our stay and this was quite disruptive for our planning. Our host did offer us an alternative to connect to her mobile data.

"A valid and warm family solution"

The room is in the owner's house, so you can have a direct contact with a "true local". The room has its own bathroom and the house is quiet. The owner has been very nice, prepared us a cup of tea when we arrived and, since we were leaving very early in the morning, she made sure we had hot coffee ready in the kitchen, before leaving.

Staying with this family was amazing. Very nice people and perfect room with private bathroom, everything was clean and comfortable. The family has 2 dogs and a cat. I can only recommend.👍👌
