The kitchen needs a clean up and maybe add some hanger in the rooms. Overall, it is a fair price, and the caretaker is very accommodating.

The place is easy to locate

The room was superb—hotel-grade quality. It had everything for complete comfort: pillows, blankets, bath towels, a hygiene kit, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The kitchen was fully equipped with drinking water, a fridge, cutlery, pots, a kettle, and much more. The caretaker was a lovely lady.

The worst part was the location. The pinned location in the app was not the actual place. The phone number listed was a U.S. number, not a local one. I found a way to call it, but no one answered. The instructions and local contact number were only provided through the app chat much later—well after the check-in time, not immediately after I booked or paid. I also tried searching for “Cozy Home Estien” on Google Maps, but the name listed there was incorrect as well. If you're not familiar with the area, you’ll likely get lost or end up giving up trying to find it. Another issue was the dusty feeling inside the place. While it’s a well-kept house, it seems unoccupied for some time, which allowed dust to accumulate in some areas. The bathroom itself was clean, but the drainage had a really bad odor, which was quite unpleasant.

Low budget room are no space, no cabinet. You need to move your luggage in sala to change your clothes.. Around the kitchen and sala are smell bad like white balls for unti cochroach..
